Bradley J Williams joined the firm in 1991 after serving a two-year judicial clerkship for Idaho Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert E. Bakes. His practice includes insurance defense, commercial and real estate litigation, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and employment law. Mr. Williams has represented clients in over twenty court and jury trials, and has appeared before the Idaho Appellate Courts on numerous occasions. He is a frequent lecturer on litigation, insurance, employment and trial practice, and has authored articles on insurance bad-faith and employment litigation.Mr. Williams is a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation and Tort and Insurance Practices Sections, and the Idaho State Bar Litigation Section. Mr. Williams is a member of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Williams was on the Committee of the Idaho State Bar of Professionalism and Ethics Section. Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Idaho State University in 1986. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1989. |
