K. Bradley Rogerson practices in the areas of private investment and real estate finance, LLCs and partnerships and general business transactions. Mr. Rogerson joined Stein & Lubin LLP in 1999, representing clients in the private lending and investment industries and drafting limited liability company operating agreements and partnership agreements for joint ventures, real estate syndications, mortgage investment pools, workouts and recapitalizations, and public and private offerings. Mr. Rogerson also is active in general business transactions including business acquisitions and sales, the selection and formation of various business entities and advising clients with respect to the ongoing operating aspects of such entities. Mr. Rogerson is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California, where he served as vice chair and chair of the Standing Committee on Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies from 2004-2006. He is also a member of the Business and Real Estate Law Section of the California State Bar. Mr. Rogerson has been involved in the drafting and passage of various pieces of California business legislation, including California's Uniform Limited Partnership Act, which took effect January 1, 2008. He also has been a guest lecturer for the California Mortgage Association, the California CPA Education Foundation and various other organizations. Mr. Rogerson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1991 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1996. |
