Description of Practice:
Bradley N. Schweitzer is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. Mr. Schweitzer's practice involves all facets of real estate transactional law, with a special emphasis on leasing. Mr. Schweitzer represents both landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail settings. In addition to his leasing practice, Mr. Schweitzer represents buyers and sellers of land and commercial properties, including office, industrial and retail projects, on behalf of clients ranging from individuals to institutions. Among the types of real estate transactions on which Mr. Schweitzer works are assignment and lease takeover transactions; brokerage agreements; build-to-suit leases; CC&Rs; REAs; ground leases; subleases; option agreements; and title and survey review.
Mr. Schweitzer is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Mr. Schweitzer received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1979, and graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School in 1986. |
