Bradley G. Kulman has a broad corporate and securities law practice, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and corporate reorganizations, and private equity (including fund formation and seed investments in emerging fund managers). He also has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of investment management businesses.
Mr. Kulman regularly counsels clients involved in general corporate and securities transactions, including venture capital and other public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. He has served as outside general counsel for portfolio companies of private equity firms. Mr. Kulman is a former resident partner of the firm�s Budapest office and has represented U.S. and European interests in connection with the acquisition of significant Hungarian businesses, including the country�s largest banks, electricity supply and generation companies.
Mr. Kulman represents numerous pro bono clients including organizations focused on improving New York City schools and healthcare.

JPMorgan Infrastructure Investments Fund in connection with the acquisition of United Utilities Electricity Limited, an operator of an electricity distribution network in England.
Hess Energy Trading in connection with a strategic trading relationship with one of the largest companies in Turkey.
SkyBridge Capital in nine seed investments in emerging hedge fund and private equity managers, totaling over $375 million.
GSC Group in connection with the acquisitions of Colorspot Nurseries and Powell Plant Farms.
Arcelor Mittal, the largest steel company in the world, in connection with the acquisition of AK Steel's joint venture interest in AK-ISG Steel Coating Company.
W.L. Ross & Co. in connection with the formation of International Steel Group and its acquisition of LTV Steel.
MSD Capital, the exclusive manager of Michael Dell's capital, in real estate bridge financings and private equity transactions.
Emigrant Capital in its investment in Nicklaus Companies, Jack Nicklaus' golf course design and licensing company and in other private equity investments and financing transactions.
Precision Partners in its acquisition of Berkshire Industries and the HLI hub & drum business of Hayes-Lemmerz.
Jacobson Partners in its acquisition of North American forging business of Metaldyne.
