As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Brad Mousseau is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for supervisors and employees at all company facilities. At PC Connection, Mousseau has concentrated on sales recruiting efforts, a revision of company benefits, and conducting a comprehensive employee survey to help maximize the company's working environment. Before joining PC Connection, Mousseau was director of human resources for the worldwide manufacturing operations of Wang Laboratories; director of human resources for Centocor, a biotech firm; vice president of human resources for Gabriali Medical Information Systems, and vice president of global workforce strategies for Systems & Computer Technologies. Mousseau holds an undergraduate education degree from Keene State College and earned an MBA from Rivier College in New Hampshire. |
