Ms. Lauderback was President of the Retail and Wholesale Group of the Nine West Group, Inc. from May 1995 until January 1998. She is a director of Big Lots, Inc. (a close-out retail company), Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (a manufacturer of casual and work-related footwear), and Select Comfort, Inc. (a bedding retail manufacturer).
