Brenda P. Couzart is a paralegal in Faegre & Benson�s Denver office. Brenda has been assisting attorneys in the area of litigation for over 20 years. She helps attorneys represent clients in a wide variety of litigation areas. For the last four years, Brenda has focused on litigation in the eminent domain arena. She also has experience in employment law, estate administration, personal injury, workers compensation, and family law. Brenda�s litigation experience and responsibilities include: Extensive experience in managing trials and trial preparation Operation of Sanction II electronic trial presentation software at trials Assist attorneys with seminar presentations Discovery management Gathering and review of documents Document management Database management Preparation of exhibits (electronic) Drafting simple motions, responses, petitions, answers, disclosures, case management orders Brenda received her B.A. from Columbia College in Aurora, Colorado, her Paralegal Certificate from Denver Paralegal Institute, and her M.A. from Webster University in Aurora, Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Association of Litigation Support Managers (COALSM), the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association (RMPA), and is also a Notary Public. |
