Brent brings vision and leadership to the venture from his national role in opening new energy markets. As a former public utility commissioner, Brent led efforts to introduce wind and other new generation technologies at utility scale. Under his direction, Community Energy, Inc. was founded in 1999 to develop the market for wind energy and has become a leader in this rapidly expanding market. Brent gained experience with development stage companies as a commercial lawyer representing and serving as a director of development stage companies from start up to public offering. Brent holds an electrical engineering degree from Northeastern University and a J.D. from Georgetown University. |
