Mr. Earnshaw has produced clear improvements in operating and financial performance since taking on the VP/GM role in August 2002. He is intimately familiar with the Mill�s operations and customer base, having worked in the positions of Technical Director and Production Manager at the Mill from 1989:1997 and subsequently as Vice President of Business Development, Specialty Papers for Crown Vantage from 1997:2000. He left Crown Vantage in 2000 to establish his own company, representing domestic and foreign mills as a sales agent before rejoining the Company in 2002. Mr. Earnshaw received an MS and Ph.D. in Paper Science from the Institute of Paper Chemistry (WI) and a BS in Chemistry from Oakland University (MI). |
