Bret grew up in Utah and is working with the Duke team in Park City, Utah. With over four years of experience in information technology, his technical and customer service skills are unsurpassed. His career background involves working with Teleperformance USA, Technisys Inc, and Unisys Corp, all in the Salt Lake City area. He received his A+ certification in 2003, and his MCP and MCDST certifications in 2006. Bret has proven himself with his strong troubleshooting experience with Windows server and workstation family of products and networking administration skills. Bret�s positive attitude, outstanding verbal and written communication, and commitment to customers are just a few of the traits that make him a valuable part of the Duke team. Away from work you can find Bret in the great outdoors doing anything from hiking to skydiving. |
