Bret Roundy practices in the Workers� Compensation Group of Hall & Evans where he defends the interest of insurers, self-insured employers, and insured employers in workers� compensation litigation. Prior to coming to Hall & Evans, Bret worked as a Deputy District Attorney in the 14th Judicial District whereby he gained trial experience prosecuting and trying both misdemeanor and felony cases in county and district courts. Furthermore, Bret has worked in another Denver law firm as a Plaintiff�s trial attorney. Additionally, he was the department head attorney in another Denver law firm�s workers� compensation and social security practice whereby he represented Claimants in all aspects of workers� compensation and social security. Bret was admitted to practice in Colorado in 2003 and is admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Bret Roundy received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 2002 and his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Classical Rhetoric from The Ohio State University in 1999. |
