Brett Stewart is a construction litigation associate in Cooper, White & Cooper LLP's San Francisco office. Mr. Stewart has represented developers, general contractors, subcontractors and various design professionals in complex construction defect and professional negligence cases. Mr. Stewart's practice also includes toxic mold litigation. Mr. Stewart received his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, in 1998, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the University of San Francisco Maritime Law Journal and recipient of three American jurisprudence awards.
