Brett D. Yormark joined the Company's Board of Directors in September 2006. Mr. Yormark is President and CEO of Nets Sports and Entertainment, the parent company of the New Jersey Nets. During a previous six year tenure at NASCAR, he helped build the stock-car racing company into a major sports property, first as managing director, corporate marketing (1998 - 2000) and later as vice president, corporate marketing. While at NASCAR, Mr. Yormark oversaw a $750 million deal with Nextel Communications that represents the largest sponsorship agreement in the history of American sports. His extensive NBA experience includes serving with the Nets, first as Vice President for corporate marketing (1994) and later as the senior vice president for corporate marketing (1995 - 1998) and as a top sales executive with the Detroit Pistons. |
