Brett Henry received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1993, received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 2003 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2003. Mr. Henry joined Krieg DeVault in 2003 and is a member of the firm's Real Estate & Environmental and Business practice groups. His practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions, leasing, development, financing, and land use and zoning matters, and his practice also includes commercial law, general business, and securities matters.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Henry served as a securities regulator with the Indiana Securities Division.
