Brett practices in the Business Transactions section of the Houston office and his concentration is in real estate and energy transactions and secured financing. His particular emphasis is on the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and energy industry assets; landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions; and lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, project financings, and traditional commercial loans. Brett's practice has recently included mergers and acquisitions for both buyers and sellers and general corporate matters, including entity formation, organization and corporate governance.
