Brett Brown is a managing director in the Los Angeles office of Major, Lindsey & Africa. The focus of his recruiting practice is matching talented associates with interesting in-house and law firm opportunities.
Before joining MLA, Brett was a tax and estate planning associate at the law firm of Randall McDowell, a well regarded boutique tax practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon his relocation to Southern California, Brett accepted a position with Morgan Stanley.
Brett received his J.D. in 1998 with Dean�s list honors from Temple University School of Law. He also holds a bachelor�s degree in philosophy and English with a minor in ethics from King�s College in Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude and was an academic all-American swimmer and co-captain of the men�s volleyball team.
Brett and his wife Robyn (Sr. Counsel at Amgen) spend their free time with their daughter Hayley. Brett enjoys skiing, snowboarding and is an avid speed skater. |
