Brian is an associate in the real estate department. He focuses his practice on the representation of commercial real estate developers in the acquisition, leasing, financing, and sale of office, retail and mixed-use properties. Brian regularly represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of retail, office and industrial leases, as well as developers in the assembly and acquisition of land for retail development. In addition, he regularly coordinates and negotiates real estate transactions in connection with the firm's representation of corporate and financial services clients.

Represented developer in all aspects of the acquisition, financing and development of three regional shopping centers comprising 162 acres and 1.5 million square feet.
Represented a publicly-traded mall developer in the sale and leasing of peripheral mall parcels in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
Represented private real estate investment fund in multiple transactions for the acquisition of office buildings and securing related financing.
Represented foreign investor in the assembly and acquisition of parcels comprising over 1,300 acres in South Carolina for development as an inter-modal distribution and logistics hub.
Represented a marina developer, owner and operator in the acquisition and financing of marina facilities in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida.
