Brian E. Holthus practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and transportation law. Brian also presides as an administrative law judge over cases involving claims of statutory violations against homeowners associations. He is also avaliable as an arbitrator or mediator involving cases of CC&R violations. He graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Finance in 1983 and obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University in 1986, where he was a member of the honorary Phi Delta Phi and the winner of the 1985 Individual Appellate Advocacy Tournament. He served as editor of the Pepperdine Law Review in 1985-1986, and authored the comment, "Caveat Taxpayer: How and Why The Internal Revenue Service May Examine Your Books, Your Accountant and Even Your Attorney," 12 Pepperdine Law Review 769 (1985). Mr. Holthus is a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations, State Bar of Nevada, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
