Practice Emphasis Business Law Professional Experience Brian Schusterman is an associate with Lionel Sawyer & Collins' Business Law Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schusterman was a litigation associate at a New York-based national law firm, where he worked on various complex litigation matters ranging from a hotly contested proposal to construct a professional sports complex in mid-town Manhattan, to a breach of fiduciary duty arbitration between two large financial institutions. He also handled various trademark and trade dress matters. Mr. Schusterman received an Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy award from Sanctuary for Families for his representation in connection with a child support matter. He previously served as a summer law clerk for the Environment & Natural Resource Division, Environmental Defense Section, United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Mr. Schusterman was formerly a Program Assistant and the Legal Assistant to the Director of Litigation at California Indian Legal Services, as well as a litigation paralegal for a global law firm based in New York. Mr. Schusterman will sit for the 2008 Nevada Bar exam.
