Brian joined Zachary Scott in October of 2007, after co-founding and operating a business consulting firm. Prior to that, he was an ownership transition/management succession specialist with the Seattle office of Moss Adams LLP, where he advised a wide variety of its corporate clients on formulating and executing exit strategy and liquidity event plans. Brian also has been Vice-President-Administration/General Counsel and a Director of privately-held apparel and real estate investment companies in Seattle, where he dealt with a broad range of contracts, leases, trademarks and licenses, employee benefit programs, investments and other corporate and legal matters. Brian is a Seattle native and received his Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Washington. |
