Brian's recent venture, WorkStrategy, Inc. launched in 2003 has been designed to provide HR technology consulting services to mid and large market organizations. Strategic partnerships have been developed with key application vendors, thought leaders and industry service providers. Brian is responsible for the company's vision, strategic direction, staffing development, and best practice service offerings. Prior to launching WorkStrategy, Brian founded Working Concepts, Inc., a leading provider of PeopleSoft and Oracle HRMS upgrades and Authoria knowledgebase implementations. Working Concepts was founded in 1994 and acquired by Towers Perrin in 2001. Throughout his career, Brian has forged partnerships with leading HR application vendors including PeopleSoft, Oracle, Authoria, and Callidus Software. Brian is a frequent speaker at industry tradeshow conferences, regional seminars, HR industry thought leadership forums and has published numerous articles and white papers on talent relationship management, performance management, enterprise portal technology, and creative HR communication design. |
