Brian Russell is a member of the Corporate and General Business Litigation Practice Groups in the Chattanooga, Tennessee office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Brian is involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Brian also has significant experience in transportation matters, primarily representing shippers. This experience includes negotiating and drafting transportation agreements with motor, rail, and barge carriers, and resolving claims for damaged and lost shipments. He also has experience assisting in managing response and remediation efforts after hazardous material spills during transportation.
Brian provides advice to corporate clients on general commercial matters including the negotiation and drafting of sales agreements, asset-purchase agreements and business leases. Brian also represents clients in commercial litigation and has represented clients in defending class action lawsuits.
Prior to joining Husch, Brian practiced at another law firm in Memphis, Tennessee.
