Brian M. Becher Professional Experience Mr. Becher has litigated all facets of commercial cases at the pretrial, trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. His extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants includes non compete agreements, unfair competition, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, property damage claims, construction disputes, contract claims, commercial landlord-tenant matters, employment discrimination, personal injury and other matters. While in law school, Mr. Becher served as the Editor of the Trademark and Law Enforcement/Fraud sections of America On Line's Electronic Commerce Web Page for American On Line. He also interned at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, served as a Law Clerk at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as an intern for Senator Connie Mack on Capitol Hill.
