Ervine joined Evolving Systems in 2002 and is responsible for all the company's financial matters and the operations of Evolving Systems. Prior to Evolving Systems, he was Chief Financial Officer for Brain Ranger, Inc., a venture-backed entrepreneurial content-management software development firm.
Ervine also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer with Convergent Communications, Inc., a national provider of broadband networking and web services. He served as the Vice President of Finance for Metapath Software International, Inc., a global provider of wireless software and services. Previous to these positions, Ervine was Chief Financial Officer for PC Service Source, Inc., providers of logistics outsourcing and support, Assistant Controller for CompuCom Systems and Senior Audit Manager for KPMG LLP. He is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas. |
