Dr. Clements completed his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2002, Dr. Clements completed a three-year internal medicine residency at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, PA. Dr. Clements is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine having scored in the top 20%.
Professional Interest
Previously, Dr. Clements was an Outpatient Internist/Hospitalist at
American Fork Hospital in Utah and also served as Chief of Medicine and Critical Care. Additionally, he served as Medical Director of Hospice for Intermountain Health Care in Provo, UT. His professional affiliations include the American College of Physicians and American Medical Association.
Personal Interest
Dr. Clements resides in Wilton. He and his wife, are the parents of four children ages 13, 10, 6, and 4. Dr. Clements enjoys coaching baseball and basketball, and is a triathlete and marathon runner. He is active in church and has been a boy scout leader. |
