With more than 10 years of healthcare experience, Brian McCartie joined the Cejka Search team in 1998 as Regional Vice President. He demonstrates his extensive experience and knowledge of the physician recruitment industry, traveling weekly to meet with hospital and group practice administrators, assess their search needs and present Cejka Search proposals to meet those needs. Originally from Derry, Ireland, Brian's journey to Cejka Search began with his career at NICARE - the consulting arm of the Northern Ireland Health and Personal Social Services. NICARE specializes in staffing projects for third world countries in need of medical and administrative personnel. In 1994, McCartie joined TravCorps and led a team whose mission was to place advanced practice personnel throughout the United States. Four years later, after TravCorps (now Cross Country Healthcare Inc.) had acquired Cejka Search, Brian moved from Boston to St. Louis. Brian's unique, in-depth recruitment knowledge, coupled with his awareness of the physician labor market and ability to understand client needs, has led to much success at Cejka Search. Brian has a bachelor�s degree in finance coupled with post-graduate work in International Marketing. |
