Mr. McPeak joined Rohm and Haas Company in 1986, as Public Affairs Manager and has served in a variety of subsequent communication and public affairs positions including manufacturing and environmental communications, organizational communications, philanthropy, and financial communications.
In 1993, he transferred to the Home Office to accept the position of manager of Employee Communications. In 1996, he was named manager of Contributions and Community Affairs. Mr. McPeak received the additional responsibility for Site Public Affairs in 1999. In 2002, he was given the responsibility for financial communications, as well.
In 2005, he was named Director, Communications and Public Relations. In May, 2007 he was elected Vice-President of Rohm and Haas Company by the Board of Directors.
Mr. McPeak came to Rohm and Haas from the American Water Works Service Company where he was director of Community Relations and coordinated communications efforts for water utilities in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
Mr. McPeak graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. degree in English. and an M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife reside in Audubon, NJ, with their four children. |
