Brian Mulconrey is Scenario Strategist at The Keystone Equities Group. He works with clients to use "scenario planning" to systematically "wind tunnel" their investment strategies against a broad range of possible future outcomes.
Since 1990, Brian has served as president of BG Mulconrey, Inc. a management consulting and scenario planning firm with a specialty in the financial services industry. During this time he successfully completed major projects for CUNA Mutual Group, Dell Computer, Fidelity Life, Financial Service Corporation, IBM, Pacific Life, and USAA. He has also worked with innovative consulting firms and futurist think tanks in producing white papers and online conversations.
Brian's articles on emerging trends and leadership have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, CIO Magazine, The Futurist Magazine, Financial Planning Magazine, Bests Review, and others. He holds an Masters of Science in Financial Services from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Other professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI). Brian is also recognized as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
Brian lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he writes a unique brand of "essays from the future" designed to explore the enterprises of tomorrow. |
