Brian Pryor is a Managing Director at Media Venture Partners. Mr. Pryor joined MVP in 2002 and has over 12 years of transaction experience. Mr. Pryor has initiated and managed a wide variety of corporate finance transactions, including private equity and debt financings, mergers & acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Pryor has developed significant industry expertise in radio and television broadcasting and has developed deep relationships with broadcasting management teams, private equity firms, lenders and hedge funds serving the sectors.
Since joining MVP, Mr. Pryor has closed more than thirty M&A transactions and worked with many broadcast companies including Univision, Entercom, Clear Channel, Border Media Partners, Mapleton Communications, Pappas Telecasting and NextMedia Group. Mr. Pryor is frequently invited to speak to industry groups and to the trade press on the subject of station values and has appeared at seminars including the SNL Kagan Radio/TV Values & Finance Summit and the MMTC Access to Capital and Telecom Policy Conference and has been interviewed and quoted in publications such as Radio Business Report and the Wall St. Journal.
Mr. Pryor received a B.S. in Finance and Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from Boston College. |
