Bronwen Bastone Managing Director of Human Resources has extensive experience in the financial services industry in both trading and human resources. She is responsible for all human resource operations for Knight.
Mrs. Bastone joined Knight in 2002 and most recently held the position of Senior Generalist and Employees Relations Manager. Prior to joining Knight Mrs. Bastone worked at Merrill Lynch for seven years during which she worked in several different business units. After working in Merrill Lynch�s Equity Sales Division in London she shifted her focus to Human Resources focusing on compensation performance management employee relations succession planning and expatriate policies.
Mrs. Bastone earned a master�s degree in business administration from the University of Technology in Sydney Australia. |
