Mr. McCall specializes in the area of corporate law, with particular emphasis in the representation of technology-based companies. Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Bruce served as Vice President and General Counsel for one of the country's largest, independent computer distribution and services companies. During his legal career, Mr. McCall has handled the myriad of legal issues, both transactional and non-transactional, which face today's successful businesses. He has been involved in corporate leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings and joint ventures, negotiated numerous corporate lines of credit, and has overseen the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate. Bruce has also negotiated hundreds of distribution agreements, equipment finance agreements and service agreements, both as the provider and acquirer of such equipment/services. He has also handled numerous intellectual property matters, including establishment of a corporate IP Program.
