Bruce D. Senzel is a member of Seward & Kissel's Investment Company and Investment Management group in New York City. Mr. Senzel joined the firm in 1968, became a partner in 1974, and is now Counsel.
Mr. Senzel is experienced in the representation of both open-end and closed-end registered investment companies as well as their managers, underwriters, distributors and other service providers. This representation extends to the establishment of funds, their prospectuses and matters of disclosure generally, fund distribution structures, proxy statements, meetings of stockholders and directors, compliance matters, tender offers, and mergers and acquisitions of funds and investment managers.
Mr. Senzel has also worked in the Employee Benefits arena with many types of clients, from publicly held to closely held corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, governmental agencies and tax-exempt organizations, on many types of employment and employee benefit matters.
Mr. Senzel received his B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania in 1962, and his LL.B from the Columbia University School of Law in 1965. |
