As Managing Director for Reedland Capital Partners, Mr. Goedde arranges privately negotiated equity and debt for both public and private companies and has completed financings for his clients exceeding $100 million. Mr. Goedde began his career as a management consultant in Washington D.C., subsequently entering the computer industry where he co-founded a computer network business which was acquired by JWP Inc., a NYSE company. In 1990, Bruce joined the Communications, Entertainment and Publishing Division of the Bank of New York, financing highly leveraged transactions for leading media companies. He subsequently joined L.H. Alton & Company, an investment bank in San Francisco, serving as a Securities Analyst and then Investment Banker. At L.H. Alton & Company, he co-founded the firm's Digital Media Group and served as a Member of its Investment Recommendations and Strategy Committees and was offered Partnership. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Goedde also founded and served alternately as Chairman, Managing Partner, CEO and CFO of three new media businesses, creating by 1996 the Top Rated Children's Web Site and new media properties in 15 languages in 60 countries. Mr. Goedde returned to the Private Finance arena in 1997 in the capacity of Managing Director for an institutional brokerage firm, joining Reedland Capital Partners in 2000. Mr. Goedde received his Bachelor's degree in Political Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and his Master's degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. |
