Received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Niagara University- summa cum laude.
Several years of audit experience with a national accounting firm.
Over 27 years experience providing audit, business advisory, corporate tax and review services.
Co-manages the firm�s energy industry practice and has significant experience in serving clients in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution industries.
Advisory experiences include business valuations; expert witness testimony; mergers and acquisitions; business turnarounds and restructurings; and fair value accounting.
Holds a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the NACVA and is accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA.
Member of the Operating Committee, the firm�s policy-making body.
