Bruce W. Gladstone is the partner in charge of the litigation practice. Mr. Gladstone has practiced in Rhode Island and Massachusetts courts for over twenty-four years. Representative clients include public, private and closely held corporations, government entities including states and municipalities, public utilities, bank borrowers and all forms of business entities, as well as private individuals. His practice encompasses employment and labor matters, elder law, estate litigation, nursing home and health care litigation, ERISA litigation, real estate dispute litigation, commercial litigation, business dispute litigation, appellate litigation, bankruptcies, state court receiverships and workouts, including representation of debtors, creditors, receivers and trustees in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Gladstone regularly appears in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative bodies and public counsels, and is also experienced in all forms of mediation and/or arbitration. He is a cum laude graduate of Boston College and is a 1981 cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. |
