Mr. Dunne has more than 25 years' experience in the practice of securities and corporate law in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dunne's practice focuses on the registration, reporting, exemptive and other provisions of the federal securities laws, with emphasis on their application to investment companies, including mutual funds, insurance company separate accounts and private investment funds, and to investment advisers. Mr. Dunne also has extensive experience in organizing new business entities, private and public offerings of securities, mergers and business acquisitions, and software licensing.

Mr. Dunne is Vice Chair of the Board of the Middle East Research & Information Project, a non-profit, educational organization based in Washington, D.C.
