Bruce Johnson joined C&S in 2007 as Executive Vice-President of Human Resources. He is responsible for the identification, selection and development of all associates, Total Rewards programs and systems, labor relations, corporate social responsibility, and organizational development. Bruce is also responsible for workers compensation, safety, risk management and environmental health. Prior to joining C&S, as Senior Vice President of HR at Timberland, Bruce led a global team of approximately 200 employees. He enjoyed tremendous success in designing and developing HR initiatives that established Timberland as an employer of choice. Prior to his position at Timberland, he served in HR leadership roles at DuPont, American West Airlines, Ryder System, and IBM. Bruce holds a BA in History from Middlebury College. |
