Bruce Phinney spent 24 years as a military officer with a primary focus in intelligence and international relations before entering the recruiting field in 1985. Prior to joining Paul-Tittle Search Group as an executive head hunter in 1990, he was a principal with a high technology search firm working as a specialized executive head hunter for senior recruitment in the engineering and professional services arenas. At Paul-Tittle Search Group Bruce is an executive head hunter leading our Critical Infrastructure Protection search practice and also maintains a key leadership role in our Federal practice, directing major search assignments for ManTech International, Veridian, TASC, SAIC, Unisys, Raytheon and other federal systems integrators. Bruce is also an executive head hunter leading our Finance & Accounting practice and plays a lead role in searches for senior executives in general management and business development. Bruce holds an MS in international studies from the University of Alabama and a BA in languages from Middlebury College. Bruce is an active member of AFCEA.
