Mr. Quinnell currently serves on the Board of Directors of TelaDoc where he is one of the company�s most valuable and trusted advisors. He has served on the Board for three years and as an Advisor/Investor prior to that position.

Quinnell has served in a broad number of roles with various retail and technology companies. He currently serves as a director of Tuesday Morning, Hot Topic and Zoom Systems along with several other prestigious board and advisory positions including Reading Is Fundamental (RIF).

Quinnell served as Vice Chairman of the Borders Group from April 1999 to February 2002 and President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1997 to April 1999. Prior to that time, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Walden Book Company, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Pace Membership Warehouse, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dollar General Corporation
