Before joining Cuisine Solutions as Executive Chef, Chef Bertin worked with Daniel Boulud as a sous chef at the top rated Restaurant Daniel in New York City and as executive chef at Daniel�s Feast & Fetes Catering for five years.
Chef Bertin is a French classically trained chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, however, he also studied extensively in Japan .
Chef Bertin was Le Cordon Bleu Japan�s Chef Instructor in Tokyo , where he taught for five years. He was featured on several Japanese television programs (Kaiseki Ryori, Lady�s Four, and Le Cordon Bleu Cooking Technique) and in several Japanese publications.
Chef Bertin has placed first and received the gold medal in the Commis Rotisseur International Culinary Competition.
