Bryan B. Woodruff
Profile : Bryan Woodruff is a partner in the Business Services and Real Estate Groups. He serves as counsel to financial institutions in the preparation and negotiation of loan documents for asset-based and real estate transactions. Mr. Woodruff also assists clients with corporate transactions as well as the development of real estate. He graduated summa cum laude with his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law, and is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
