Bryan Foss, recently retired as an executive and board member of IBM�s worldwide banking business, brings deep global expertise in enterprise business solutions for financial services companies with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM), key account management (KAM) integration and implementation. Recognized globally for his marketing, sales, service and IT thought leadership, Mr. Foss has authored/co-authored seven books on these topics, including the unique industry publication, "Key Account Management in Financial Services." Mr Foss is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of the UK Government Department for Work & Pensions (CSA), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Fellow of the British Computer Society. He was also recently admitted and honoured as a Freeman of the City of London. |
