In addition to facilitating debt and equity offerings on behalf of real estate investment trusts, Mr. Goolsby represents boards and board committees, corporations and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and purchasers and sellers of both public and private entities. Mr. Goolsby is involved in a variety of civic, community, and educational organizations throughout Dallas and is active in legislative matters on behalf of a number of industry groups.
