Bryan Sims served as the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development for Red Hat from October of 2000 through Mid 2005. Prior to that he worked for the law firm of Arent, Fox, Plotner, Kittner, & Kahn practicing law in the E-Commerce and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. At Red Hat, Mr. Sims was responsible for Red Hat's strategy and planning of its acquisitions, entry into new markets and partner alliances, and served as Associate General Counsel. Mr. Sims is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Sims is a member of the D.C. and Maryland Bars and belongs to the International Trademark Association. Mr. Sims has represented many Sports and Entertainment companies including Warner Bros., several professional sports franchises, and America Online. |
