Bryan Stuart is the CFO and VP of Corporate Development, where is he responsible for leading the finance and accounting, human resources, and administrative responsibilities for the company. As the VP of Corporate Development, he spearheads Junction�s international expansion plans as well as evaluates opportunities for future acquisitions.
Bryan brings over 17 years of financial and operational consulting experience. Prior to Junction Solutions, he served as a Partner and CFO for Charter Consulting, a Chicago-based management consulting firm. Prior to that position, he was the CFO for BrightSage, Inc. (formerly Ethnicgrocer.com). Bryan spent 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, where he was a Senior Manager specializing in SEC services, mergers and acquisitions, financial and risk management, and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has consulted clients ranging from early stage to established post-IPO stage on financial and operational issues.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. |
