Bryan leads client and candidate development delivery and Leads Magellan�s search capability in Europe. Bryan has led searches for many of the world�s top professional services organizations. Bryan possesses a successful track record helping private management consulting firms build both industry and functional practice areas. In 2007, Bryan led senior level search for Schlumberger BCS, Atos Origin, Bain & Company, and Booz Allen where he had a 100% completion rate.

Prior to Magellan, Bryan worked for a large international executive search firm specializing in accounting and finance. Bryan is an active member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), Vice Chairman of the Young Professional Association at the Petroleum Club of Houston.

Bryan holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Jerry S. Rawls School of Business at Texas Tech University. Bryan also graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM.
