Bryon founded Caldera Medical in 2002, and is responsible for corporate strategy and investor relations. In 1997 Bryon founded Surgical Solutions, which he has built into one of the most successful medical distribution organizations in the United States. Prior to founding Surgical Solutions, Bryon was Director of Sales for BEI Medical Systems, a publicly traded manufacturer of disposable devices for the Gynecology market prior to its acquisition by Boston Scientific. While at BEI, Bryon had complete responsibility for the company�s U.S. sales, which represented 88% of BEI�s revenue. He supervised a team of 70 independent sales representatives, 15 distributors, and 20 inside sales representatives. Bryon began his career with Integra Precision Corp. as a Regional Sales Manager, where he had sales management responsibilities in 23 states and developed his territory into the company�s most profitable region. Bryon received his MBA from the University of Southern California. Bryon also holds a BS in Business Administration from Regis University, and an AS in Criminal Justice from Moorpark College. |
