Bud has been in the commercial real estate field for over 25 years and was in commercial lending previously for 10 years. He has been in Florida since 1990 and operated his own brokerage and management company in New Orleans prior to that time. He has been active in leasing, management and brokerage, while also instructing leasing classes and did appraisals for several lending companies.
Bud was president of a bank-owned mortgage company with 26 employees, which was sold. He also did extensive development of residential, multi-family and warehouse-type properties.
Bud's wide background of experience has allowed the representation of individuals and companies in the purchase, sale and leasing of a wide spectrum of commercial properties, which enhanced his understanding of the market and needs of his clients. |
