He is the co-author of Cases and Materials on the Misuse and Antirust Aspects of Intellectual Property Law for the John Marshall Law School. Burton S. Ehrlich is a partner at Ladas & Parry. Throughout his career of over 25 years, Mr. Ehrlich has helped clients address issues in all phases of intellectual property legal matters, including litigation and adversarial proceedings in the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He has counseled foreign and domestic clients and litigated compex patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, advertising, franchising, licensing and antitrust matters. Before joining Ladas & Parry, Mr. Ehrlich was a managing partner at Brezina and Ehrlich where he practised for over 11 years, and later, he was a partner at Arnstein & Lehr where he was the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Department. |
