Byron W. Baker joined the Company in April 1997 as Operations Manager in Mexico. In 1999, he was named International Offshore Operations Manager. In February 2000, Mr. Baker was appointed Vice President, Offshore Operations and named Senior Vice President - Equipment, Operations and Regulatory in August 2001. In May 2002, he was named Senior Vice President - Gulf of Mexico Operations, Equipment and Regulatory and is currently Senior Vice President - Gulf of Mexico, Mexico, Caribbean and South America. Prior to joining Global, he served as Operations Manager at J. Ray McDermott. In addition to serving at McDermott, he served in an operational capacity at Offshore Pipelines, Inc. and Brown & Root, Inc. He has more than twenty-six years of experience in the offshore construction industry. |
